Deb Kizilcan L.M.T., B.A., C.C.H.
My journey started with having four daughters and being very interested in the holistic approach to living.
I was first introduced to herbs through an intensive two-year herb study program with Martha’s Herbary on how to grow, cook, and use herbs for a healthy life. Then I went to Bancroft School of Massage, which helped me to grow as a person and a mother. I learned to empower my clients to live well and take care of their bodies and minds with the benefits of massage. Yoga training soon followed for not only developing myself but to help empower others though the practice of yoga and Ayurvedic.
Lesley University graduate with a Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Arts with concentration in Holistic Psychology. I received my Certified in Mindful Meditation.
I have taken additional training in holistic studies including becoming a certified consulting hypnotist.
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia I am very aware of pain management, reducing the effects of chronic fatigue and the power of self-hypnosis to thrive and be successful in my daily life.
In our busy lives understanding the need to quiet and relax the mind, body and develop the spirit within is a necessity.
